Shipping

Where are orders shipped from?
All items are securely packaged and shipped from Durban, South Africa.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

  • South Africa: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note: Each artwork is carefully made and packaged, which may require a brief preparation period before dispatch.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping fees are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The total cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is processed.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to follow your delivery status in real-time.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or you're unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please email info@seanknipe.com within 7 days, including clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll review the issue and offer a solution, which may include a replacement (if available) or a refund.


Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and can no longer be changed.


Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges for original artwork. For merchandise such as homeware or decor, please contact us to discuss possible exchange options, subject to availability.


Customs & Duties

Will I be charged customs fees or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the regulations in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.
